1. Service Description
Mentu is a productivity application for managing tasks, notes, and reminders, with theme and language customization.
2. Account and Eligibility
- You must create an account with a verified email.
- You must meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction (e.g., 13 years old).
- You are responsible for the security of your credentials.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
- Mentu Premium (Annual): USD 7.99/year.
- 7-day Free Trial: managed by the App Store/Google Play.
- Automatic Renewal: subscriptions renew until canceled.
- Management and Cancellation: through your Apple or Google account settings.
4. User Content
- Tasks and notes are your content. You grant us a limited license to display it within the App.
- You must not upload illegal, offensive, or infringing content.
5. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is". We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of data, or service interruptions.
